My Struggle with that little Smile
Smile, gesture of a face, is an external manifestation of feelings of a person inside his/her heart. It has different facets like 1) It can be expression of happiness or good mood 2) It can be sarcastic or 3) It can be a mute version of greeting other people. This piece of article is mostly about its third facet. Smiling on seeing other is a wordless means of communicating "Nice to meet you". Its well practiced not only in USA but is also quite common in India. In USA its merely a emotionless formal gesture and has nothing to do about the feeling of the source to the target person. It's just a well respected social manner. But, what I have learned growing in India is emotion full smiling. Smiling on seeing a known one is not only greeting but tells that they also have good feeling for the other. It's more of a informal greeting than a formal. It carries that etheral feeling of likness. But the things have been changing. Globalization and Corporatization is making us accept it as mere formal greeting than anything else. We should stop reading into the smiles. But, I am having hard time bridging the gap. I just find it hard to smile at a person who is totally unknown to me or I really don't like :) so do they. I am still not ready to accept this more formal, superficial and emotionless smile. But I am working on it... I feel smile with politness just makes you more receptive in the society irrespective of your true self. Carrying that formal smile brings a good aroma in the society. Its the external gesture that gets marketed in the society and not inner self. So, I need to learn to supress the inner feeling and carry that little smile with politness :))

Six tales of Life
This is a story of 6 travelers which highlights success ration in our life.
1st person was traveling from his village to a far off village. In the way he felt thirsty. But luckily, before he could think of finding a well, it started raining. He collected some water in a can, appeased his thirst and continued. He is very very lucky.
2nd person was traveling from his village to a far off village. In the way he felt thirsty. He searched for a well. When he reached the well, he found a bucket full of water. It seemed some other person has just passed from the well leaving the bucket full of water. He collected some water in a can from the bucket, appeased his thirst and continued. He is lucky.
3rd person was traveling from his village to a far off village. In the way he felt thirsty. He searched for a well. When he reached the well, he found a bucket with a rope. He fetched water from well, appeased his thirst and continued. He got what he worked for.
4th person was traveling from his village to far off village. In the way he felt thirsty. He searched for a well. When he reached the well, he did not find anything to fetch water. He saw a house nearby. He got a bucket with a rope. He fetched water from well, appeased his thirst and continued. He had to work harder to get his thirst appeased.
5th person was traveling from his village to far off village. In the way he felt thirsty. He searched for a well. When he reached the well, he did not find anything to fetch water. He saw a house nearby. He got a bucket with a rope. He fetched water from well but to his shock he found a dead rat floating in the water. He continued without water. He is unlucky.
6th person was traveling from his village to far off village. In the way he felt thirsty. He searched for a well. He never got a well on his way. He continued without water. Opportunity belied him.

Fear of Failure Cripples the chances of Success
Nobody likes to listen to word "No". Nobody wants to fail in their endeavour. Its hard to accept rejection for anybody. All these are nothing but failure of somekind in ones attempt to achieve something. Impact of failure varies from being normal to unimaginably huge on ones life. Failing to reach to some place on time may not have any impact at all and many a times nonsensly considered good as in Indian society. But, doctor failing to make it to a patient table can be irrepairable. Doctor's failed attempt in a surgery can kill a life whereas engineers failed attempt to get a machine working can just cost some time and money. Lovers getting a rejection from his beloved may drive him to commit suicide whereas a candidate getting rejection at his first job interview can just prompt to work harder. By all these, I just want to convey different facets of failures. Consequences of a failure make lot of us think before even attempting something. This is called fear of failure. We do not want to try something because we do not want to fail. But we fail to understand the fact that, wishing for somethiing but deciding of not attempting it already registers a 100% failure for us. The only way to increase the chances of success is giving a whole hearted attempt.
Being InSensibly Luxurious
Meaning of the title is broader than this piece of article covers. I am just going to touch one aspect of it. A masala news in a leading NewsPaper was about people paying 10 lakhs to 1 crore to Bollywood actors to just attend their marraige. Paying this hefty sum of money certainly makes a sense if it is for the launch of a product or inaguration of a shop because it buys an instant publicity. But, paying money to publicize one's marriage is an insensible luxury for me. By this, you are not only unnecessarily making them richer but marraige couple also run the unfortunate risk of loosing the centersatge and focus to the so called star. People want to do it because thay want their marriage to get some space in Page 3 at least but the irony is that marriage couple are already overshadowed by the presence of the star. Finally, you paid money to buy a coverage for yourself which indirectly made the star a bit richer and famous. Are not there more sensible ways of making your marriage memorable? You can direclty buy space in Page3 by paying less than this. You can organize a feast for poor children in your locality which makes your marriage more memorable than anything else. You can donate money to a orphanage or some trust. There are limitless more possibilities... use a bit of commonsense before using lot of money...

Personal conclusions!
1. (Man->Machine) is undermining the (Man->((Human+e)U(Life))
2. If u feel u are right in the strongest sense, u need not prove it.
3. Time is stronger than the strongest. Its just a matter of time before the most complex challenge is resolved.
